How long is the wait when my A/C is out?
|
We know that A/C is extremely important in South Florida.
Service on A/C units that are not cooling, will be same day or next.
We also accept medical letters at no extra cost for priority service
during peak demand periods.

Do you offer emergency service?
|
Yes! We have plumbers on standby 24 hours a day for
uncontrollable leaks. We also respond within 24 hours for
refrigerators not working. |
What does replacement really mean?
|
|
Replacement coverage is extra protection when a particular
covered item cannot be repaired; it will be replaced. For example,
we replace water heaters and garbage disposals the moment
the tank begins to leak. In the case with air conditioning,
if the coil leaks freon and cannot be repaired, we will install a new unit at no charge.
