Our A/C went out at 3:30 in the afternoon; it was brutally hot in the high 90’s. I have a medical condition and a Pride tech. arrived within the hour, found the problem, and fixed it. Pride should be commended for their knowledge and professionalism.

Office personnel always polite and helpful! Mechanics I’ve dealt with are very knowledgeable and helpful with advice to keep appliances in working condition.

I just wanted to pass on to you what an excellent job three of your employees did. I do have a contract with your firm #xxxx. I contacted your company to see about replacing an ancient AC and Chuck came to my home. He took measurements, searched for split units to fit in my air handler area and explained everything in detail and found the equipment I wanted. I felt extremely comfortable with his knowledge and relaxed sales technique.  I purchased a TRANE A/C and Dennis and Eric, the installers, went beyond the call of duty. It was obvious when my condo was built the air handler was set into position before the drywall had been completed. After trying diligently to get it out, these two men took the air handler apart piece by piece. It was extremely time consuming hard work and they accomplished it with minimum scratches to the wall. These two men didn’t even stop for lunch. These three men are worth their weight in gold. Employees like this are hard to find and I’ve found them few and far between in my forty years of living in Florida. Would you please give their supervisors a copy of this letter for their personnel files? I did not know these men before this purchase and installation. Thank you.
