It's very frustrating when an appliance is not working and Pride whom I have trust in comes out and reviews the situation. It's more frustrating when the appliance needs a part that has to be paid by the Client/Customer. It's outrageous when the parts are delivered/ installed and the appliance still is not operable. Having stated that when A Tech from Pride comes to the Customer, after they had been without use of an appliance, and with respect, knowledge and kindness repairs the appliance, stays to make sure it is TOTALLY OPERABLE, then you turn frustration into thankfulness. This is how I feel about Chris who gave his all, Thank you Pride and if there were more "Chris' in the Repair/Tech Arena, we might have a better world to live in.
