I called Pride to have a toilet turn-off valve examined and replaced. Marc, Pride’s plumber, arrived promptly, turned off the main water valve, removed the old toilet turn-off valve and replaced it with the appropriate parts. When he was ready to refill the toilet, he saw that the fill valve and flapper under the toilet lid were old and falling apart. He replaced them. All his work was completed quickly and efficiently. I appreciate his good work!
